Our new Cherry Plum Sour Beer made in collaboration with @Syndicat Gourmet with green cherry plums for a refreshing summer drink and childhood reminder of when we used to eat every wild cherry plum we could get our hands on.
This is as local as it can get, because we hand picked these cherry plums from directly outside of our brewery.
